The Library of Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University (RPNLU), Prayagraj serves as a vital academic resource, supporting students, faculty, and researchers in their pursuit of legal knowledge and scholarship. The library offers comprehensive coverage across various fields of law, including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, International Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights, Jurisprudence, Bare Acts and Bound Volumes as well as essential titles in allied social sciences. The collection is regularly updated to ensure access to the latest editions and contemporary legal literature.

In addition to its rich print resources, the library provides access to an impressive range of online legal databases, ensuring users are equipped with authoritative legal information and case law. These include SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, All India Reporter (Online), Corporate Law Advisor (CLA Online), Hein Online, Live Law, Bar & Bench and Legal Bites. These platforms enable users to access judgments, statutes, commentaries, legal articles, and international legal journals with ease. All the online databases mentioned above are accessible through the University’s IP network

The University has implemented ‘Refread,’ a sophisticated remote access software designed to provide seamless off-campus access to the IP-based databases subscribed to by the University. This service allows students, faculty, and researchers to access a wide range of digital resources, including e-journals, e-books, and research databases, from any location, without the need to be physically present on campus.

For digital reading, the university offers access to ‘EBC Reader’, a leading platform for legal eBooks published by Eastern Book Company. To maintain academic integrity and encourage original research, RPNLU also provides access to ‘Turnitin’, a globally recognized plagiarism detection tool widely used in academic writing and scholarly research.

The library is fully Wi-Fi enabled and offers a comfortable reading environment, complete with digital infrastructure to facilitate both print and online research. A dedicated computer section has been established within the library to provide students and researchers with seamless access to subscribe legal databases and other digital academic content. To support advanced research, the University has set up a dedicated air-conditioned reading room for LL.M. students and research scholars. Equipped with the latest computers and modern facilities, this space provides a comfortable and focused environment for in-depth study, literature review, and academic work, making research more efficient and enjoyable.

Additionally, the library houses a well-equipped reprographic section, offering essential services such as photocopying, lamination, and binding.
